Where Do The Leads Come From?
It is an important first step to know where the leads come
from. All of the leads at HBBLeads.com are from advertisements
that say something like "earn extra income from home" or "start
your own home based business". There is no specific
business mentioned to the leads in our advertisements.
They are simply just looking for a way to earn extra income

Return Your Bad Leads
A certain amount of bad leads is to be expected. We generate
thousands of leads per day, many are delivered within seconds
to our customers. So if someone makes a typo when responding
to an ad, it can sometimes be passed onto our customers.
As long as you report bad leads within a timely manner (5
days), be very descriptive about why it was a bad lead (ex:
disconnected phone number), we are very generous with lead replacements!
Real time leads have a 5 day return policy
and can be returned from within your customer account. We will
delete the bad lead from your account, and send you a new lead
as soon as the next one is available.
Aged leads typically include 10% free leads
automatically. For example if you order 100 aged leads, we will
send you 110 total leads with your order. Basically we are sending
you the replacement leads in advance.
Bottom line.. you only pay for leads with accurate
contact information that are looking for a home based business!
Learn Everything, Explain Nothing
You want to be well educated about your business so that
when a lead asks you a question you can answer it well.
Be sure to read all of your company documents, training materials,
listen to all of the recorded calls, etc. before you start calling
However, when you call your leads, you do not need to explain
everything. Your company has probably already done this for
you! Use your company webinars, videos, recorded calls,
conference calls, local business presentations, etc.
When you call leads your main goal is to book a presentation
and let your company materials explain the business
for you. Then when they are done with the presentation
follow up with them to answer questions and close them.
Ideally, you should spend only 5 minutes talking to each
lead, then book them for a business presentation.
It can be a huge waste of time, if you only talk to a few
leads in each dialing session, because you spent an hour explaining
the business opportunity to every person that answered the phone.
The top marketers will call leads for an hour or two, and
book 2, 5, even 10 or more business presentations!
If you are a good multi-tasker you can set people up for
multiple business presentations, then keep calling other leads!
Getting People to Attend Business Presentations
After you book your appointment make sure they show up for
Recorded Call: When you have them on the
phone, ask them if they have the time right now, then 3-way
them into the recorded call.
Scheduled Conference Call: Book the time
for the call with your lead. Call them back a few minute before
the call starts and 3-way them into the call.
Local Business Presentation: If they are
comfortable with it, ask to pick them up and take them there.
Online Tour or Video: Ask them if
they can be on the computer and the phone at the same time.
Ask them to look at the website while you have them on the phone.
Have them start the video or tour, and let them know you will
hold or call them back when it is completed.
Basically, you never want to have your lead write down a
website address, a phone number, or drive themselves to a presentation.
They might change their mind, write it down incorrectly, get
lost on the way there.. you get the idea. Follow these
rules to ensure every body you invite to view your business
presentation makes it there.
Closing Your Leads
Here are a few pointers to help with closing your leads.
Remind your leads why they are interested in starting their
own home based business. If you asked them how much money they
were looking to make in your initial interview, ask them if
they see how this could be the answer.
You don't get what you don't ask for! Just go for it, as
them if they are ready to get started.
Ask your upline or successful business partners for assistance.
Bring them in on a 3 way call to help answer questions your
lead has about the business.
When someone is ready to sign up, stay on the phone with
them and sign them up yourself if possible. This means you keep
them on the phone and ask for their credit card information.
Or stay on the phone while they go through the sign up process
on their own computer. That way if there is anything unexpected
such as they do not know what package to select, they have questions
about extra fees, you can answer right away and make sure they
finish the process!
Keep Track of Your Numbers
Calling leads is a numbers game. Keep track of how many leads
you call, how many answer the phone, how many sign ups you get,
etc. This will help you be more productive and see the immediate
results from every lead you call!
Here is an example:
You buy a package of 20 leads for $20.
From that package of 20 leads you get one sign up that has
a $100 profit.
$100 business profit - $20 cost of leads = $80 net profit
$80 profit / 20 leads = $4 per lead in profit
This means every single time you pick up the phone
you made $4!
